Soul & Aura does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement if your item arrives faulty or damaged. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
