Shipping:

Soul & Aura currently ships within Australia only.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates:

We offer flat-rate shipping on all Australian orders.

Shipping costs are displayed and calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service. Soul & Aura is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with an enquiry where possible.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue, so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
